What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, a record of your consent (when you gave it), a record that you confirmed you are 16 or older, and a private unsubscribe token so you can leave in one click. We do not ask for your date of birth.
• Cookies: one essential cookie recording your cookie choice and one functional cookie remembering your language. Analytics only with your consent.
• Browser storage (stays on your device): after you join, your email address, waitlist position and referral code.

We collect nothing else, and we never use session replay or keystroke capture.

Why and how long

We use your email to tell you about the launch, on the basis of your consent. A new address stays pending until the confirmation link in our first email is opened, and unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 30 days. We keep confirmed addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Deletion and takedown requests are kept for 3 years to show we handled them.

Children

You must be 16 or older to join the waitlist, and you confirm this when you tick the consent box. We do not ask for your date of birth and do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a younger person has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it. We set the minimum at 16 because we plan to sell internationally.

Data transfers abroad

Our hosting and form-processing providers may process data outside Switzerland. We rely on the safeguards the FADP requires for such transfers.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also use Request data deletion. You may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or to the authority where you live.

Text, designs and images on this site are ours or licensed to us. To report infringing content, use Report infringement.

Accuracy and liability

We describe our plans factually and may change them. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Governing law: Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.

Before sales open

We will publish this policy in full before the first sale: the return period, who pays return postage, how refunds are paid and how long they take, and your statutory withdrawal rights. Swiss law gives no general right to withdraw from an online purchase, so any return period we offer will be stated clearly as our own promise. If we sell to customers in the EU, their statutory consumer rights apply and will be listed here. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law.

No subscriptions

We do not sell subscriptions or recurring charges. If that changes, the renewal terms will be shown next to the pay button, every cost will be shown before payment, and we will record your consent.

Non-essential cookies stay blocked until you choose "Accept analytics". Declining is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawing consent also deletes the analytics cookies.

We also use your browser's local storage for your referral link (vm_ref) and, after you join, your waitlist details (vm_waitlist). Your language choice (vm_lang) is kept as a small functional cookie so the server can render your chosen language on the first paint. None of these are sent to analytics.
